Gram Book 1 - Here is an unusual design that is a little different to cut. Cut P4 at exactly the right degree (42) and to center point, and you should get the right sizes. P6 is cut to center point, cut evenly, 1-8cts. Cut in refractive index 1.56 to 1.76 (75.6%) with no changes.
